So lately, well for a while now I have been thinking of getting the Laser Hair Removal done. (Oh for the day I am hairless….)

Epilation by laser was performed experimentally for about 20 years before it became commercially available in the mid 1990s. Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) epilators, though technically not a laser, use xenon flash lamps that emit full spectrum light. I have heard some people say it really works, and I have heard some people say that their hair grows back. I want to find a place that is clean, great service, not too pricey, that actually works and has a life time guarantee. I have heard many places offer this. I am just scared to try a place out without knowing if it’s good or not.

Why does your body sometimes just feel like it’s not catching up to you. I don’t sleep well at night and today I just feel like I am going to fall asleep right here at my desk. It’s pretty bad actually!

I wish there was something I can do. Exercise perhaps? Maybe this will help me sleep better at night. I do need to start I just haven’t been motivated lately to work out. I really have to push myself into working out again. It’s hard sometimes with school. For example, today I go to school straight after work, and I get home around 6 or so, by that time I’m starving. I am not thinking about working out. I am thinking about eating some Dinner!

Any tips from anyone, will be highly appreciated.
